My Name Is Olajide Sehindemi Olajide, born in the sixties and attended Oloroke grammar School, Oke-igo. I was privileged to come to Lagos in 1984 and was received by my mentor Alhaji Olatunji Who played a fatherly Figure role in my upbringing through his first born Kamal Olatunji.
Though I couldn’t proceed in the pursuits of academic fleece which didn’t go beyond 0 Level Secondary School Certification, but being the upright type I ventured into photography and video coverage, where I learnt the ropes through ardent research and dedication, my training payed up as I was also able to master the art of editing videos on a self taught basis.
Before venturing into photography,as a full time profession and hobby I was opportune to have managed at least three Hotel facilities to my credit but as fate would later dictate the course of my earthly sojourns, I found myself back to my earlier vocation which was photography, however financing these business has always posed a lot of difficult challenges.
Mrs Abidoye who worked with Union Bank And The Current Honourable Minister Wale Edun for Finance &Coordinating Economy, Who bought my first ever camera machine for me in 1987, Before years later, he would proceed to work at the World Bank.
Despite all these, I must admit that these are Two Special People who I deem it fit to tag as ‘God Sent‘ to me in particular because without their moral and overwhelming financial assistance, I wonder how life would have by now tossed me out of range,but I give all the honour to God For bringing succour and a bliss of respite through these Supportive Individuals Whose presence around me especially at times of need and great despair, have proven to be a Rock of Defence irrespective the current spate where the country is at the mercies of a dwindling or constrained purchasing power as envisaged by the citizenry in quote. I look forward to a day where by stroke of luck i wilI be chanced to express my profound gratitude and appreciations to the Honourable Finance Minister Wale Edun for his large heart which automatically rally towards me in form of a rescue mission during moments faced with dire need.
KURUKERE TV To Me Is Still A Work in Progress, Over The Years I have been able to steer the cause of this Media House All By Myself Acting as The Manager, Reporter, Producer And lastly The Editor ,Call It Multi Tasking since most of our youngsters prefer to engage their time doing all sorts of illegitimate activities hence I had no choice but to fuel the passion of my hustle with a strong desire to push the Media Outfit through uncharted regions in carving the desired trade mark amidst militating odds encountered, as you can bear from the rising profile the Brand Has Painstakingly broken barriers and would not relent in the bid to dominate the communications sector as a force to be reckoned with in the coming years from now.
I want my grass to grace story to be shared in order to inspire most of those who one way have resolved themselves to fate largely due to hailing from poor backgrounds,with a mind to succeed and a strong desire to weather the storms of life with its occasional pitfalls, coupled with consistency, prayer and hard work, all your struggles will one day reach a crescendo that will herald a turning point for mother luck and fortune to smile on you .
