Former Senator And PDP’s Controversial Figure, Dino Melaye, a close associate of 2023 Presidential Flag bearer For The Party, Atiku Abubakar has been suspended.
Reasons For The suspension,as announced by The Executive Committee Of Ayetori Gbede, Ward I, followed Melaye’s Failure To Respond To Summons Served By The Party Over Allegations Of Anti-Party Activities.
After a review of the report set up by the committee to probe one of it’s prominent members in person of Dino Melaye, The Ward Exco explained that Dino had to called to order based on recent actions which warrant to unguarded utterances said to be grounds of misconduct on his part and by extension Anti-Party too.
According to verified sources at the Ward I Exco Meeting, The Ward Chairman Abayomi Osamika and Ward Secretary, Godson Dayo signed the suspension letter, And sequel to the resolution taken, by the Exco Committee which states’ The Suspension Is line with provisions of Article 59 (1) of the PDP constitution which empowers the Ward Party Exco To Take disciplinary actions against erring members’
It reads in part as The Suspension takes full effect immediately.
