Today 27th December 2023, marked a day worthy of note to the Entire Residents of Agbajowa Nife Community Development Association (CDA) As it Embarked On A Free Medical Check Up Program. The Said Health Initiative Which was done in Collaboration With The Auspices Of Lagos State Ministry Of Health.
According To The Chairman of the CDA ( Agbajowa Nife) Alhaji Adeleke Who Spoke With AYOBO-IPAJA TV Correspondents on the motive behind the Health Awareness Exercise.
“We saw that there is a need for us to have regular medical Outreach of this nature periodically as we noticed that most of the residents in the Community pay less attention to their Health Status”
Reasons Why we had to use our discretion to organize these free Medical Checkup for early detection of any form of ailments and more so to treat and prevent future occurrence of strange illness and break out of diseases such as the dreaded sexual transmitted HIV virus, Sugar Intake Control level, Asthma 1, Dry Cough, Etc
If you Observe, Most Of The Disease Highlighted are not necessarily Caused Intentionally, Some Are Due To Exposure And Contact During the Course Of Day To Day Related Busy Activities Such As Barbing Or Fixing of nails Which may expose the texture of the delicate part of our skin to Corrosive Blades, Or Sharp Objects Used By external bodies that are Carriers of the dreaded Contagious Viruses.
Having said that , we thank the Lagos State Government, Ministry of Health And Hon. Abdul from Alimosho LG Who was Highly Instrumental To the approval of this medical exercise to be cited in this part of Ayobo for the Strategic Access to the people. I also want to express deep Appreciations to the youths of Green light Estate and Residents living in the Community, including the visiting team of Health officials for the Overwhelming role they played during the course of the Medical Check up Programme. My Prayers also goes to Lagos State Government For Coming to our Aid As At When Handy. God will Continue To Strengthen Them in good health and add more years of existence to their lives.
Speaking in same vein is that of the Second Vice Chairman,Mrs Olanrewaju Who Stated that a common pool was carried out and it was discovered that a host of residents weren’t taking cognisance of their Health, and this necessitated the setting up of a Health Awareness Programme Strictly For Members Who Reside Within The Captured Location In Quote. Another Resident Mr Olaoluwa Samuel Who Lived at 11 Akeem Salami in OLAYEMI Axis of the CDA, So I am very excited for What Lagos State Government has done for the Community on the area of Fre Medical Checkup, Everybody Knows The Importance of what it takes to live Healthy and be free from exposure to any life threatening diseases.
I Strongly Commend the Initiative and the Organizers behind it. We thank those who trooped out en-masse to participate in the Medical Outreach Campaign , and lastly We appreciate the presence of our Health Officials Who Came To Our Community For For the Flagging Off Health Enlightenment Programme. May God Continue To Guide And Bless you. He concluded.
