Judge Beryl Howell of the US District Court of Columbia has rejected Tinubu’s plan to stop the Federal Bureau Investigation (FBI), Drug Agency and 4 Other US Departments From Releasing his records dating back to the 1970’s.
The October 30, 2023 is the date FBI will release the documents and the reason the Nigerian Supreme Court is striving to give judgement on October 26,2023 instead of November 5th of 2023.
