Controversial lawyer and former PDP spokesperson of President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno omokri has once again sent a rather thought provoking letter against backlash from an antagonist over the recent Lagos state gubernatorial elections petition tribunal which gave verdict in favour of the returning elected governorship candidate of the All progressive Congress party Babajide Sanwo-olu.
Reno in his typical manner wrote a letter to those criticizing the outcome of the tribunal judgements by reprimanding the bias nature of primordial sentiments hinged on ethnicity.the contents of the letter which goes thus
Dear Odogwu,
Thank you for your feedback,so when Peter Obi won in Lagos,it was not “evil” but now that Sanwo-olu won re-election at the polls and in court,it is evil according to you. Do you know what is really evil? I will tell you , in Lagos Alone there are over 35 igbos elected or appointed into government, including Okey Joe,The Member representing Oshodi-Isolo II in the House of Representatives, and multiple local Government Chairmen and Vice-Chairmen, When you add the rest of the Southwest, that number rises above 50 .
In the North Alone , There are over 20 igbos elected or appointed into government positions, including Chidebelu Ewuzie, a special adviser to the Niger state Governor,Kester Ogualile, a special Adviser to the Borno state Governor, and Cyprian Nelson Len,an Igbo Man Who won a House of Assembly seat in Taraba amongst others
My question to you Odogwu is this; How many Yoruba or Northerners are holding elected or appointed positions in Local and State governments throughout the entire South East?
The answer to that question Should tell you who is really applauding evil.
