Three Islamic Clerics are in the custody of Oyo State Criminal Investigation Department For Allegedly Beheading a middle aged man The victim who was working for one f the suspects was reportedly lured to a bush at Moniyan, Akinyele local Government Area of the State under the pretext of being awarded a job. He was however killed in the bush.
The Suspects were later arrested at Apete in Ido local Government Area of the State. It was further gathered that one of the suspects is a popular cleric known for his distinct turban among the Islamic Community of Alapata. The Case has been transferred to the Criminal Investigation
The Case has been transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department in Iyaganku pending the outcome of police findings.
