In a partial fulfilment of its cardinal objective as a co-educational institute to the general public, the management of Friend’s Link College,situated in Ashipa, Ayobo recently joined the growing list of accredited campus study centre’s affiliated to EKiti State University, Ado-Ekiti for Part time sandwich programme in Lagos State.
Speaking with Comrade Rotimi Adeyinka Esq, Coordinator For The EKSU Ayobo-Ipaja Study Centre after the official close door meeting with Director of the Ashipa based coeducational facility, Mr Bob.Okechukwu Ochuba.
‘What we are bringing to the community is something of great value and importance, as we are aware that education is a continuous endeavor, given that right from our cradle age till we die, life itself will offer us the opportunity to learn new things as the day progresses,ironically there is no limit to a particular age in the course of acquiring education, you can be twenty or fifty even up to seventy years of age, yet still be found eligible to pursue academic intents deemed fit’.
‘We are trying to bridge the gap in the view to consolidate on the standard of qualitative deposition of requisite knowledge With the available disciplines by qualified lecturers who are capable of grooming our students in their respective course of study‘.
‘These educational programme we believe will enable the capability of the incoming generation to be edified and grounded in their area of speciality, of course the transitional process of taking over from the present crop of academician- scholars , that we have apparently as we speak’.
