…List Demands For Hotel Management Before lifting Sanctions.
The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) on Friday 1st Of December 2023, Held a meeting with the management of Holysee Hotel, A popular Hotel in the hearts of Baruwa. AYOBO. To address the closure of the establishment by the Agency.
The Chairman and some members of the Residents of Oyewole Community were in Attendance. A resolution was reached, and an undertaking was signed by the Management of Holysee Hotel to ensure strict compliance with the Standard noise regulations and other guidelines set by the Agency.
The Management of Holysee Hotel Agreed to the following Conditions set by the agency before a Consideration for reopening.
a. The Bar Shall Be Adequately enclosed and Soundproofed
b. All externally placed speakers shall be removed forth with to Stop noise pollution of the neighboring environment. The permissible noise limit
The permissible noise limit to the environment shall be ensured at all times. i.e 55db during the day and 45db at night. Sound Control permit Shall be obtained for occasions and events that require the use of the musical instruments in the Open.
