In what could be tagged as a moment to remember, the Isonyin Muslim Community would forever be grateful to the kind gesture of Prince Idris Balogun, the Prince of Isheri-Olofin Kingdom who was the Chief Guest of Honour at its Turbaning Ceremony And Funds Raising function recently.
The Islamic Program Which was put together under the leadership of the Chairman And Otun Baba Adinni, Isonyin Central Mosque, Alhaji Mushafau Olanrewaju Folorunsho saw in attendance eminent Islamic Clerics, Traditional Royal Fathers, Invited Guests And Well Wishers From Far And Within The Isonyin Host Community. Amongst those who graced the epoch occasion was Prince Idris Balogun popularly referred to as Oluomo Kafata never failed to live up to expectations as Chief Guest brought smiles to the face of many when he single handedly donated the sum of Five hundred thousand naira(#500,000) in support of it’s appeal for the proposed EID Modern Centre.

In his Opening Remarks, Prince Idris admonished the efforts of everyone who took out time to Felicitate in the Turbaning of it Mosque Chiefs adding that such novel celebration was key and crucial to the attainment of communal bonding amongst the Muslim community while serving as the needed boost to usher progressive development for various projects envisioned upon for the interest of the larger Community in view. He also congratulated the newly turbaned Chiefs for being worthy of the clarion call and recognition citing that to “Whom much is given, Much is Expected”.
The Eminent Royal Personalty Who is noted for his Unflinchingly Philantrophic deeds seized the opportunity to pour the deserved encomiums on inate qualities of Hon Akinola Bashiru, Who was inducted as Balogun, and that of the Wife too as Oloro Adinni, he expresed satisfaction and hailed the decision of the central Mosque for making the right recommendation, noting that Isonyin community will witness great transformation with timely addition of The Akin-Bashiru’s to the fold of indigent and accomplished ambassadors of the ever evolving Isonyin society.
